King David, Jerusalem
With its luxurious interior design, a spacious pool, and breathtaking panoramic views, the King David Jerusalem is truly an excellent choice if you’re looking for luxury in Jerusalem. Free Wi-Fi is provided, as per most luxury hotels, but the best thing here is that you can enjoy your Wi-Fi outside in the hotel’s spacious gardens, while the King David also serves traditional Israeli food outdoors at the King’s Garden restaurant. If you’re done being in awe of how spacious and classy your room is, you can proceed to exploring nearby sites like the Yemin Moshe neighborhood and the Old City, which is 15 minutes away by foot.

Efendi Boutique Hotel, Akko
The Efendi Boutique Hotel located in Akko is so rich in culture it could be a tourist spot in itself. This luxury hotel gives its guests panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and is surrounded by magnificent alleys you’ll fall head over heels for. Aside from the not-to-be-missed Turkish bath, you should also consider trying everything (okay, almost everything) on their restaurant menu; the hotel specializes in seafood but they sure know how to add a twist to their dishes!

The Beresheet Hotel is part of Isrotel’s Executive Collection and is nestled on the Ramon Crater’s cliff edge. Yep, you can expect stunning desert views that make spectacular an understatement. Each room is equipped with everything you can ask for, including a comfy seating area for your mid-day chill out sessions. Some rooms even come with their own private pool! Created with stone walls, this place is definitely full of character. There’s also an outdoor pool complete with the infinity effect, but you really don’t need to go outdoors to see the stunning views!
Herods Palace Hotel & Spa, Eilat
Offering modern interior designs, rooms with balconies, and views of the Red Sea or Jordanian mountains, you’re probably going to have a difficult time choosing a room if you plan to stay at Herods Palace Hotel & Spa, mainly because their rooms are all so gorgeous (there’s 297 rooms in this hotel!). Only 3 minutes away from the beach, this is the perfect hotel for all beach bums out there looking for some winter or summer sun in Eilat. Their 4 restaurants are also likely to appease any fussy foodie requirements!
