We popped down to Tel Aviv beach yesterday for a slice of sun, fun and beer – and weren’t disappointed!
With the current tense situation down south, coupled with a 06:00 wake up call from Hamas missiles fired in the direction of Tel Aviv, it was perhaps understandable that the beach wasn’t packed to the rafters. But that meant more room for us and for little Daniel’s own take on sandy tunnel construction…and as the day wore on, the beach actually did get pretty busy.
There were a few tourists around, and plenty of locals, and plenty of beer being drunk (not just by me!). Does everyone feel completely safe? Probably not 100%, but that’s no reason to hide away and miss out on another glorious sun-drenched day. And yes, the water was glorious!
