We were recently introduced to the Israeli band Walkways (yes, Gawd bless ’em, another band performing in English), and LOVED what we heard!
Walkways are an alternative metal band, formed back in 2007, but only recently starting to see some real fame and fortune heading their way.
That fame is probably currently down to their cover of Adele’s James Bond theme song, Skyfall. Check out the clip below, we much prefer their version to Adele’s, much rockier…
According to their official mission, they are “driven with a goal to keep sane and evolve into more human and moral people while writing their music — the soundtrack of the highs and falls of their lives”. Sounds good to us!
But Walkways are much more than just an Adele cover. Here’s another of their recent tracks, Towards the Light, taken from their debut album, Safe in Sound. These guys know how to rock!
