After 2013’s much anticipated opera festival at the foot of Masada was canceled due to lack of funds, the 2014 La Traviata festival looks like being a huuuuge hit!
This amazing opera extravaganza has proven very popular with tourists, with the magnificent desert setting and some internationally renowned opera to savor on what is a very memorable night (there are actually four nights to enjoy this year, see below).
The opera features Verdi’s La Traviata, and will be directed by Michal Znaniecki and conducted by Maestro Daniel Oren.
Tickets aren’t cheap, starting at 500 shekels, but this is a truly spectacular night of entertainment, so forget about the cost and enjoy! Tickets can be purchased online here.
