Legendary British singer Sir Tom Jones has confirmed he’ll be performing two concerts in Tel Aviv in October!
The concerts are scheduled for Tel Aviv’s Nokia Arena on 26 and 28 October 2013.
Now 73, Tom Jones is one of the most successful singers of his generation, with huge hits from the 60s, like It’s Not Unusual, Delilah, and What’s New Pussycat, backed up with modern classics like Kiss.
Sir Tom has now sold over 100 million records but still remains a big name draw. Tickets to the concert will start at 250 shekels, and rise to 1,800 shekels(!). As soon as we get more info, we’ll post it here.
It’s been a memorable summer for nostalgia in Israel, with concerts by Sir Cliff Richard, Barbara Streisand, and Burt Bacharach drawing sellout audiences of locals and tourists.
