One of the biggest and most recent sensations in the music world, singer Lana Del Rey, has confirmed an August concert in Israel!
The US singer, actually Elizabeth Woolridge Grant in real life, will be preforming for the first time in Israel. She actually started out under her real name, but it was her second album, Born To Die, released under the name Lana Del Rey, that catapulted her into mega-stardom. Just so you know, Lana today describes herself as a “self-styled gangsta Nancy Sinatra”.
Many of you will be familiar with her hits, including the awesome Summertime Sadness (see below), Video Games, and Blue Jeans.
The concert will take place on 20 August, at the Mircaz HaYiridim (the Tel Aviv Convention Center) in Tel Aviv. Expect this show to sell out, even though tickets are starting at 405 shekels a pop…call *8780 for more details.
