The contest, probably the world’s most watched musical event, will take place in Tel Aviv over the week of May 14-18, 2019 (including the semi-finals on the 14th and 16th May, and the grand final on May 18th).
This will be the first time that the Eurovision has been hosted in Israel for some 20 years, so expect a bit of party! The main event takes place at the Tel Aviv Exhibition Grounds, also known as Expo Tel Aviv, which is located in northern Tel Aviv, close to the railway station (Tel Aviv University station).
Expo Tel Aviv includes Pavilion 2, where Eurovision 2019 will be held. There should be room for some 10,000 people at most.
Watch out for Eurovision Village, which is a festival area set aside to party – expect live performances by artists, DJs, special events and live broadcasts of the shows from the arena in Expo Tel Aviv. Eurovision Village will be located in Tel Aviv’s Charles Clore Park, a public beachfront park.
