There you go. As soon I write up an article on Asaf Avidan and the Mojos, otherwise known as the future of Israeli rock and pop, the very next day it’s revealed that he’s releasing a new song and is about to release a new album. Oh yes, that tricky second album.
So, for all those new converts, and I know there’s a couple of you out there, click here to hear Asaf Avidan’s latest release. The song should load automatically from the playlist on his site, but if it doesn’t, you’re looking for “Small Change Girl”. I have tried searching YouTube, feverishly even, I swear, but as yet, there doesn’t appear to be a publicly available clip to accompany the song. As soon as there is, I’ll embed it here.
My first impression: a great song, love that twinkling piano. The future is now!
