Legendary Brit rockers The Pretenders, led by Chrissie Hynde (OK, so she’s American, so I guess we’ll call them English-American), will be performing in Tel Aviv in September!
This will be their first-ever concert in Israel, and comes as part of their world tour to promote their recently released studio album Alone. And if you’re expecting any other of the original Pretenders in the lineup (can you even name one of them?), you’ll be disappointed. These days it’s all Chrissie, and she was the only original member who played on the new album…
The concert itself takes place on September 23 at the Menora Arena in Tel Aviv. This is where we recently saw another great band from the 80s, Tears For Fears! Tickets will range from 290-790 shekels, for more details call *8780.
