The legendary Pete Murphy, the voice of 80s goth legends Bauhaus, is returning to Israel for TWO concerts in June!
Murphy, who was last here in November 2009, will be performing at Tel Aviv’s Zappa Club on June 21 and 22.
His stopover in Israel is part of his current world tour celebrating the 35th anniversary of the forming of Bauhaus, back in sunny Northampton, England in 1978. The band only lasted five years together, breaking up in 1983 with band members going on to work on largely commercially successful solo projects.
At the two Tel Aviv concerts expect to hear the Bauhaus back catalog, including their classics Ziggy Stardust, Kick In The Eye, She’s in Parties, and Bela Lugosi’s Dead.
Tickets are priced at 219 shekels, for more details call *9080.
