When you think about Israel, “safety” (and the apparent lack of it) is one of the first words you associate with any visit to the Holy Land. But it’s really pretty darned safe here, as we’ve mentioned on countless occasions (you might want to read this), especially if you stay on the well-beaten tourist track.
