After watching the endless hours of news coverage following the Haiti earthquake, and getting blown away by pictures like these, I thought I needed to do something. There’s not a lot I can really do, but as I’m just about to launch an online Israeli t-shirt shop, I thought I’d pre-launch it with a small collection of Israel 4 Haiti t-shirts. They ain’t going to be in demand by Oscar nominated actors, but they might just raise a few dollars, which is what it’s all about…
Check out my shop here, where you can see the collection I’ve designed. There’s also a mug there, for those of you who like to sup something hot while doing some good. Both guys and girls are catered for and you can select from a range of t-shirt options (but not always a color).
If any of you have any other design ideas you want to see, don’t hesitate to drop me a line, or just leave a comment. Of course, all profits will go to the DEC for Haiti (unless somebody has a better option). I am also currently waiting for an answer from the guys who provide the actual t-shirts (they also determine the prices, not me) as to whether they will donate the costs of the tees to charity too…as soon as I get an answer I will let you know.
