The 38th International Tiberias Marathon is here!
The race, which is known as the Lowest Marathon in the World as it’s 200 meters below sea level, starts at 9am. Average weather conditions in January are 15 degrees C at 9am, so don’t worry about the heat!
The Marathon course, which is both flat and fast, follows the shoreline of the biblical Sea of Galilee set against breathtaking rural landscape, and winding through ancient historical landmarks in the Jordan Valley.
