The first of the Israeli marathons to be held in 2014 is the International Tiberias Marathon! The 37th Marathon will be held on January 10th and is the LOWEST full marathon in the world at some 200 meters below sea level in the Jordan Valley. The Marathon course follows the shoreline of the Sea of Galilee set against breathtaking rustic landscape, and winding through ancient historical landmarks.
