The Legion Run is a thrilling international 5km run with obstacles of mud, fire, ice and barbed wire that will be held for the first time in Israel on October 14 at the Manara Cliff in the north of Israel.
The Run is not a competitive race nor is it timed. There are no prizes, medals or certificates given at the end but participants receive a beer, a T-shirt and know that they have what it takes to see it through to the end!
It costs 244 shekels to enter, which is a bit of a bummer (there was an early bird discount), but looks like one heck of an experience! Especially suitable for those Survivor-type wannabees!
