The popular Red Sea International Jazz Festival, which takes place at the end of August in Israel’s southernmost resort city of Eilat and is now in its 29th year, attracts tens of thousands of jazz enthusiasts from Israel and overseas who come to enjoy great music, a relaxed atmosphere and all that Israel’s most popular tourist resort has to offer for four festive days.
This year’s festival, under the direction of the internationally acclaimed musician and musical director Eli Degibri, features performances by Israeli and international bands, among them world-renowned jazz performers as well as young local artists.
