The stunning voice of Lauryn Hill returns to Israel with a concert at the new amphitheater in Rishon Letzion, Live Park!
The queen of soul and hip-hop will be performing songs from her repertoire, including some of her hits from her days in The Fugees, as well as some Bob Marley classics (she has five children with his son Rohan).
She’s especially known for her legendary debut album (her only solo album in fact), 1998’s The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. It won her huge critical acclaim, and even won a Grammy for Best Album of the Year. Since those magical days, she’s largely fallen out of the public eye, and even spent time in prison for tax evasion.
