Celebrating its 10th anniversary, this great little beer festival has become one of the mainstays of the Jerusalem summer, and is well worth checking out.
As always, the location to head for is the Independence Park in Jerusalem, with the action starting at 18:00 on both days, and lasting til late (midnight plus). The festival organizers recommend coming early to avoid the serious beer-drinking crowds at 9-10.
The live shows this year look great – expect rock legends Rami Fortis and HaYehudim, among others!
For those who need to know, all beers and food are Kosher.
Tickets cost 35 shekels if you’re a soldier or a Jerusalem resident, otherwise pay 40 shekels – and tickets do NOT include the beers unfortunately. You should of course be 18+ if you want to partake in the beer-tasting fun.
