Scottish reggae singer Finley Quaye, he who rocked the 90s for a good spell, is performing at the Yellow Submarine in Jerusalem!
He’s not really had a big hit since 2000, and has fallen on hard times along the way, but hey, the guy still has a great voice apparently and will be coming to wow Jerusalem!
