Bluesman Robert Bilbo Walker, famous for his extraordinary style from the Mississippi, will be coming to Israel for the first time for two shows only.
Bilbo Walker, born and raised amongst the cotton fields, first learned to play on a string strung between two trees, and is a one of a kind performer in the contemporary world of Delta blues.
Wearing his Mississippi styled colorful suit and carrying his electric guitar, he shakes the stage with his trademark rhythms and moves, and wins over the audience with his deep rooted music, that goes back to the wonderful first moments blues and rock n roll came together.
On Tuesday September 6 he plays at the Barby Club in Tel Aviv. The following day (September 7) he plays at the Yellow Submarine in Jerusalem.
