The annual “Batzir Chadash” Festival for Young Contemporary Art is back!
Held in Yavne, just south of Tel Aviv, the festival includes an array of dance, theater, musical performances, street theater, workshops and activities for the entire family at the Yavne Culture Center.
The festival is held each year in Yavne and provides a platform for performing arts and a venue for artists and new works leading to innovations in art and the stage.
Watch out for the opening special, which will include a performance by veteran Israeli singer Shlomi Shabbat (October 12 at 20:00).
Most of the events are free, although some will charge a small fee (20/30 shekels for the opening night performance by Shlomi Shabbat for example).
