3876m: A Jerusalem Culinary Festival

3876 JerusalemThe 3,876m artistic-culinary project is a unique culinary experience which will unfold every evening in a stunning, quirky building on Mount Zion, adjacent to the site of the last supper, King David’s tomb, the village of Silwan, the Temple Mount and the Western Wall.

Together with food expert, Hedai Offaim, two of Israel’s leading chefs (Kamel Hashlamon, an Arab from East Jerusalem and the talent behind the restaurant Turquoise, and Assaf Granit, a Jew from West Jerusalem and the owner of five successful restaurants) will serve up a brand new culinary dialogue based on the food, the peoples and the trends that have passed through Jerusalem for thousands of years.

It’s not an attempt to cook up a peace effort – just a place in which people can sit together, eat something, drink something, and dream.
