Tel Aviv had it’s Night Run a few weeks back – now it’s the turn of Jerusalem!
These Night Runs have become very popular, and the Jerusalem Night Run promises to be another one for runners to get their running shoes all polished up for!
And what’s not to like about a Jerusalem Night Run, as you pound round the walls of the Old City in the cool Jerusalem air, lights a-glowing and amazing ancient history just a step away…
The Night Run will take place on 12th December at 20:00 and is a competitive race over 10km. But of course, those just doing it for the fun are more likely to outnumber the professionals. The Night Run is also a great chance for those taking part in the Jerusalem Marathon on March 16 2012 to get in some practice.
The Jerusalem Night Run is being organized by the guys behind the Israel Marathon and the sports department of the Jerusalem Municipality.

Jerusalem is certainly the place to be in December – all through the month its Hamshushalayim, and is a must-see for those celebrating Christmas (AND it’s just 10km from Bethlehem…)
