He may have left us some 7 years ago (wow, is it really that long?!), but the Michael Jackson Thriller LIVE musical is finally coming to Israel!
The musical, which features 2.5 hours of classic Michael Jackson songs, will be in Israel for 8 shows. The shows are scheduled to take place over May 19-24, 2016 at the Heichal HaTarbut in Tel Aviv.
Don’t expect any of the Jacksons to be there, but you can expect an awesome celebration of one of the music world’s biggest ever names. And there is one heck of a back catalog to party to!
The musical actually launched in 2006 before Michael’s death, but received Michael’s blessing. It was originally scheduled to end in May 2009, but after Michael passed away, the unprecedented demand for all things Michael Jackson ensured the show continued. It has since gone on to become one of the London West End’s longest running shows.
