Note: This list includes blogs mainly new blogs on the block, that have been started over the last year or so (with perhaps one or two exceptions), while blogs that are either too political or too right/left wing aren’t here. If we’ve missed any great blogs out there, please let us know in the comments. Once again, I should point out that the listed blogs below are about Israel and living here in the Holy Land.

	American Babble - “Just another American in cyberspace.” Ex-US army girl, now firmly entrenched in Tel Aviv.
	How to be an Israeli - “From the perfect homemade hummus to how NOT to shop in a shuk, lessons learned (the hard way) about becoming Israeli!”.
	Gefilte Fish Out of Water - Scott, the man behind these great articles, gives us a fresh look (he first arrived in December 2008 and made aliyah in March 2009) at life in the Holy Land.
	Fun in Jerusalem – “Your source for fun KIDS activities and events in Jerusalem.” Nice guide to Jerusalem, especially if you have kids!
	Israpreneur – “An online magazine for entrepreneurs in Israel. On this site we discuss everything from starting a business in Israel to how to polish your CV. Fight back against the recession!”
	Tel Aviv Fever - “Never lets your temperature go down”. A guide to all things Tel Aviv from a couple of guys who LOVE the place!
	Oh So Arty - “Arty life in the city”. A great little blog about art, visiting exhibitions, discovering street art, and taking photos.
	Jerusalem Blueprint – “The urban Jewish event guide. If it’s not here, it’s not happening.”
	Israeli Kitchen - “Food, bread, and wine from my home in Israel.” Some great closeup shots of food and recipes, all in an Israeli stylee.
	Transparent Things – “A glimpse, a view, a perspective, a mosaic, an image, a tour amongst the garbage and the flowers. All the photographs are taken in Israel, most in Tel Aviv.”
	Lauren’s Aliyah Something - “This blog originally started out as a trip blog from my post-graduate school trip to Israel and evolved into my aliyah blog, as-it-happens and all the frustrations and good things that happen and go along in this crazy process…”
	Israel in Photos – A collection of pictures, featuring Israel at its finest: the beaches, the sport, the places, the wildlife. Definitely worth dropping by now and again.
	Drawing Tel Aviv – “Drawings and watercolors from in and around Tel Aviv.” Some really nice work here, though sadly on a hiatus at the moment.
	Michael’s Blog – “Street photography, the ocassional portrait and a lot of stuck up observations.” Been around awhile, but some great shots and portraits might convince you to come back for more.
	My Shrapnel – “Life as a ‘Poor, Sad, Heroic, Victim of Terror’®”. Some great writing from a suicide bombing victim. Probably not what you’re expecting…
	Tourist Israel - “Be cool in Israel”. If you can get past the color scheme, there is some great information on this site.
	I Love Tel Aviv - “I love (and sometimes love to hate) Tel Aviv and is glad to share my love to this cool, vibrant, joyous city.” We’ll forgive the English, there’s some nice pics here!
	Matt made Aliyah - “This blog will chronicle my story and adventures leading up to getting on the plane and then the continuing story of the beginning of my new life in Israel and what I experience once there.”

	What War Zone - Because the Middle East is funny. Benji’s comical look at life in the Holy Land might just put you off your visit. Or leave you begging for more.

	Israelity - The reality of daily life in Israel. Israelis blog their daily thoughts, experiences and insights. It’s the real Israel, not the media’s Israel.
	Not a Fish - The meaningless chatter of your regular split personality Israeli mother no longer trying to make sense of current insanity.
	Tel Aviv Guide - A great guide to the City That Never Sleeps, reviewing the best hotels, top restaurants and trendy nightlife spots. Discover all the places you simply can’t miss in Tel Aviv.
	Green Prophet - The Middle East has never been greener – Cleantech and Green Living from the Land of the Prophets.
	Israellycool - Inside the mind of an Ozraeli. Aussie Dave also does a lot of live blogging in times of interest.
	The Big Felafel - Essential tips for living in Israel. Molly, Rebecca and Shira write about the joys of living in Israel and provide some great tips and tricks for surviving in the Holy Land.
	Oleh Girl - Made Aliyah in August 2005. Yael writes about making a life in the Holy Land, with all the trials and tribulations that involves.
