If you’re looking for the ultimate rave, the -424 Dead Sea Rave at the Lowest Spot On Earth (er, the Dead Sea) may well just be what you’re after!
Tens of thousands of tourists and locals are expected to attend the international electronic music festival that will take place for the third consecutive year at the foot of Masada, on 5 November 2015.
From sunset ’til sunrise, in one of the world’s most breathtaking locations, the impressive stage setup features a state-of-the-art sound system, lights, pyrotechnics and special effects. The headliners at this year’s festival are Zedd and Skrillex, with more names to be announced. There will be VIP areas in addition to the vast area reserved for dancing and chilling under the stars.
Due to its location, there will be a system of special transportation shuttles from Tel Aviv, Rishon Lezion, Haifa, Jerusalem, Beersheba and Eilat, which will add something like 125 shekels to your night out. Special vacation packages are also available for those wishing to stay longer in the area. Check out the official site (but be prepared to part with some serious cash for those packages).
Tickets to the rave start from 169 shekels (if you pay via Paypal), and, of course, you will have to be at least 18 to get in.
