I loved this piece !!! OMG, exactly what you should be doing on here. Zipped right along (great writing), but also really a lot of great takeaways. I, for one, am clicking over to that Facebook vintage group right now. I’m blessed with a nice wardrobe from my days as a PR guy on red carpets in the U.S., so as long as I take care of what I already own, I feel set. (But I seldom wear any of it here - except flips/jeans/shorts/T’s.) But - I fear “falling behind” in fashion just b/c I’m not making new purchases. So I’ve been looking for vintage shops and sales. You hooked me up - thanks !!!

“Gufiyot Saba” (undershirt tanktops). They’re the equivalent of the plain tank tops that are worn in places like California and Florida..women wear them all the time in Israel

P.S. - thestreetswalkers has a lot of great street fashion photography from Israel (mostly Tel Aviv).

Love that about the weddings - you can rock up from work and not feel under-dressed. Nothing like a casual, comfortable feeling… (unless you’re getting married or producing the wedding of course!)
