  1. Walk through the gates of the Old City in Jerusalem and feel the history.

  2. Eat a falafel in a pita, dripping with tehina sauce.

  3. Post your prayer to the Big Man at the Western Wall.

  4. Snorkel in the Red Sea.

  5. Float in the Dead Sea.

  6. Visit Jesus’ birthplace in Bethlehem.

  7. Visit Carmel Market in Tel Aviv.

  8. Eat a plate of hummus.

  9. Visit a kibbutz (we recommend Ein Gedi).

  10. Take a diving course in Eilat.

  11. Follow Jesus’ footsteps along the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem’s Old City.
